Bay Pines Boarding And Grooming is dedicated you serving your four  legged family members giving them all the love, attention and exercise they are used to  receiving at home. We provide peace of mind that your cherished pets are in good hands whether it is a weekend visit out of town or a longer vacation with the family. You can trust Bay Pines to provide a home away from home to your dog or cat.

Our boarding facility includes thirty two 5' x 13' indoor runs with heated floors, large outdoor runs, two large fenced play yards, a separate cattery with 12 large kennels and two grooming parlors. We are also connected to Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic in case of emergencies. Our staff is interactive and enjoys playing with our guests so your family pet is part of our family while you're gone.


Amenities Include:

Premium food from Science Diet in both dry and canned varieties. We encourage you to bring your dog or cat's food to ensure your pet enjoys their normal dinner if your pet eats another brand .

Comfortable beds and heated floors. We encourage as much normalcy for your pet as possible, so if your pet has a favorite bed, please bring it with them. Beds must be washable .

Play time with their favorite toys. Don't forget to bring toys they enjoy. Each evening, all toys and bones are removed from the kennels to protect against injury.

Cats are free to roam and socialize with our staff and other cats if you like. Soft music and fleece pads insure comfortable cat naps.

On site grooming including dematting, clips, trims, nail trims, medicated and hypoallergenic baths, ear cleaning and high power blow drying.

We offer grooming appointments based on your schedule. Pets can be dropped off for grooming between 8-9 am and picked up by 5:15 pm. For reservations and appointments call 231-347-1383.

All dog boarders must have a current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Kennel cough vaccination.  Cats are required to have current  Rabies, FRVCP, and Feline Leukemia.

Closed for drop off and pick up on holidays except Memorial Day and Labor Day. Pick up on those days is 9:30am-10:30am.

Bay Pines Grooming:  Dematting, cuts, trims, nail trims, medicated and hypoallergenic baths, ear cleaning and power blow drying are all available for your pets. Rates vary depending on size of dog. Please call to discuss your pet's needs.
